We clean periodically approximately 5 million m2 of sea surface by our professional staff and modern vehicles. Also, we prevent by barriers the floating wastes scattered onto sea surfaces, emerged by the creeks due to heavy rains.
All coasts, piers and walking lanes along 515 km shores in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality limits are cleaned according to a plan routinely. Also, we monitor our coasts by cameras located in different points and make the intervention instantly. In addition, we observe our coastline with 83 cameras placed at different points, and immediately put out of sight to pollution.
We clean 4 million m2 beaches during summer throughout Istanbul, by our mobile teams and specially designed beach cleaner.
